MERRY CHRISTMAS!

This week we celebrate the Solemnity of Christmas, the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ. And like other events that we have experienced this year, our Christmas will also be affected by the Covid 19 pandemic. The health authorities ask us to take the necessary precautions so that family gatherings or celebrations are not a source of infection. So, let's listen, take care of our health and that of others, avoid large gatherings and celebrate as a family.
For many families it will be a sad Christmas, because of the empty places that the pandemic has left, because of the loved ones we have lost due to this disease or because of the difficulties we are going through. But, even so, Christmas is a celebration of hope, of joy… It invites us to celebrate with a grateful heart for the birth of our Savior.
May this Christmas fill us with joy, may it strengthen our faith and our hope. The God of life wants to continue by our side, walking with us in the midst of trials. May his coming encourage us to look up to start the next year with enthusiasm.
