BEAUTIFUL PSALM 22 Even if I walk through dangerous places, I fear nothing

We usually sing this psalm at funerals; to remember that in moments of pain, God does not leave us alone "even if we walk through dark valleys" and dark places like death. But it is also sung on feast days, such as baptisms, because it is a psalm of joy.
Trust is a human feeling that provokes security, inner peace, hope. And from there springs this prayer of the psalmist who recognizes the presence of God in his life, that is why he is confident and sings at the top of his voice his emotion at feeling guided and protected. It is like having a shepherd who wears himself out for the welfare of his flock and seeks the best for each of his sheep.
But, not content with publishing his trust in God, he also says that, even if his life were in difficult times, he would go through those valleys of pain without any fear, because it is the Lord who leads him and He is above all the bad that can be in this world.
Therefore, even if we are going through difficult times, we must not fear or lose confidence that we will be able to get out of those "dark valleys", because God is our Shepherd, and walking according to his will, with him at our side we will not lack anything.
